No Cancelations After Purchase, As These Are Custom Art Pieces, Please Reach Out As I Make Exceptions And Understand Circumstances. You are eligible for a agreed refund only if you are not satisfied with a painting/ Illustration upon fault of the artist. This does not included reference photo issues, all paintings/ Illustrations are hand created to the colors sent and details in photos before shipping on all products, or if the product arrives damaged or missing please reach out. We of course will work together to make your order extremely special with photos of your art for approval and free touch ups to make them perfect! Once the item is mailed back, return label paid for by the customer you will receive your refund or a new painting/Illustration can be sent for FREE depending on issues. NO REFUNDS ON TIMELINE, all timeline are stated in bold on each listing before purchasing.
